  14. Is any one know what in the first 44 bites in a wave format sound file?
  15. I need to convert Vox file (6K sample rate ADPCM) - Dialogic voice file 
  16. into windows wave file (linear PCM with header).
  17. Dialogic gave me all the info about the vox file, now I need some how to 
  18. get info on the WAV format ...
